Our Factory is in full control of the entire process from the raw stage to the finished product. As a result, we can guarantee the high quality of the yarn, dyeing and weaving of The Madison Collection product.

Reduce Waste and Sustainable Power

The waste and fluff from spinning is collected and compressed into briquettes. We purchase waste wood only from re-planted trees from local furniture factories. Our entire factory is naturally powered by hydro power from the briquettes and waste wood. This is another example of our commitment to sustainability and aspiration to zero-waste.

Non-Toxic Weaving and Dyeing

Our cutting-edge practices of how we set up our looms uses flour and water. This washes out in the dying process and creates a cleaner product.

We use a sophisticated dying stuff, which is an Optical Solution 03 and a very small amount of Hydrogen Peroxide to dye our cotton white. This is Oeko-Tex certified. This solution has a lower impact on the environment.

Re-useable Power

Our entire factory is naturally powered: jet air, fueled by hydro-power which comes from the briquettes made from compressed cotton fluff and purchased waste wood (only from re-planted trees) from local furniture factories. Our entire factory is naturally powered–exemplifying our commitment to sustainability and aspiration to zero-waste.

Quality Control and Eco-Friendly Packaging

The Madison Collection’s product go through a rigorous process of Quality Control as each and every item is measured, hems are examined and threads are cut.
Our packaging boxes and tape are manufactured from recycled paper, the tape uses flour and water instead of glue, and thinner plastic bags are used to pack our towels, further diminishing the impact on the environment.

Pure Water

Our water purification plant uses live bacteria to break down the dye pigment—no chemicals are used. Once the bacteria has accomplished the task, it is stored for ten years and then returned to the soil as fertilizer. The waters are returned to the river cleaner than when captured – another example of our high commitment to sustainability.

Low Carbon Footprint

As all factory operations are under one roof, this has increased the efficiency and eliminated the need for excess transportation of unfinished goods. We are able to create a lower carbon foot print by diminishing pollution and lowering fuel consumption which results in a positive environmental impact overall.
