  • SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

    When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

    FREE GROUND SHIPPING – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Free Shipping is only valid for retail orders over $275 and shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases.

    WHERE WE SHIP – UNITED STATES (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES)

    We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the same day or next business day after they are placed. We ship all orders in the continental US via local mail carriers. Orders arrive within 3-5 business days unless Two Day or Next Day shipping was selected. Outside The United States (including outside the 48 Contiguous States) – the cost for shipping orders outside the United States will be determined at checkout on-line. All international import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE

    We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
    Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
    Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.

    RETURNS

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. Returned items within 30 days of receiving will be inspected and a refund granted according to the assessment. Items eligible for refund must be unwashed, unused, or deemed a manufacturing defect. Please return items to:
